I operate a consumer goods business. Until a few years ago, my products sold really well, because of the absence of competition. When I enquired about the printing and costs he told me that I could send my own artwork to him as and when I pleased, and his company designers would create an electronic image of it. This image would then be sent to me for approval and if approved, the company would proceed with the production. Regarding prices, he assured me that personalized tote bags would be the cheapest (yet most effective) marketing campaign I had ever run. In hindsight, he was absolutely right. The personalized tote bags designed by his company proved to be a huge success with buyers. It translated into drastic improvement in the brand image of my business, which led to exponential growth in sales. Today, once again, I am the market leader in consumer goods in my area.
